Two Killed in Helsinki Taxi Hit-and-Run, Driver Arrested After Fleeing Scene

Two people were killed in a suspected hit-and-run involving a taxi on Helsinki’s Itäväylä highway in the early hours of Tuesday, according to Finnish police.
The victims, a man and a woman believed to be around 30 years old, died at the scene after being struck by the vehicle.
